Our goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations through quality services and a team passionate about hospitality and customer service; therefore, we are actively seeking someone to join our team as:* ***Restaurant Manager.*** **Requirements:** * Age between 27 and 45 years. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar restaurant position.** * **Intermediate English / customer service speaking skills.** * Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage administration. * Management and supervision of kitchen, front-of-house, room service, and event support staff. * Coordination with Front Desk, Sales, and Events departments. * **Cost control, inventory management, waste tracking, and budgeting.** * Supervision of service standards and guest satisfaction. * **Leadership, excellent communication, and decision-making skills.** * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Operational organization and follow-up. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting, cost analysis, and budgeting). * Flexible availability (hotel operational hours). **Work Location: Metro or Metrobús Insurgentes.** **We Offer:** * Base salary of **$16,400 MXN per month** (paid biweekly). * Statutory benefits from day one. * **Rotating shifts: 7 AM–3 PM or 8 AM–4 PM, Monday to Sunday, rotating days off.** * Monthly food vouchers worth $487 MXN. * 6% savings fund contribution. * Complimentary staff cafeteria. * Ongoing training. * Excellent working environment. ***If you meet the profile and are passionate about hotel operations, apply through this channel — we’re looking for you!*** Salary: $16,400.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you agree with the stated salary and benefits? * How many years of experience do you have as Food & Beverage Manager? * How far is your residence from Metro Insurgentes?
