Onboarding of personnel and regulatory compliance **Job Description** ---------------------- Comprehensively manage field recruitment and personnel selection to ensure staffing coverage. * Field recruitment, social media, and digital channels. * Actively participate in local and regional job fairs to attract candidates aligned with the required profile. * Selection through interviews and psychometric assessments. * Select the most suitable talent and onboard them into the organization in accordance with current policies and compliance guidelines. * Participate in profile validation for internal role changes and promotions, fostering internal talent development and mobility. * Perform new hire registration in SAP, IMSS, and biometric time clocks, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures. * Compile the complete personnel file for new employees (documentation, contracts, signatures). * Ensure timely vacancy coverage, meeting the defined service window for each position type. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience with recruitment platforms and social media * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Experience managing HR systems (SAP, HCM, SSFF) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
