Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Analyst to analyze requirements, design and execute tests, manage test inputs, track defects, and ensure software quality. Key Highlights: 1. At Your It Pros, we are currently looking for a QA Analyst to be assigned to one of our most important clients in the Financial sector located in CDMX. **We Offer:** **Salary:** $18,000 to $20,000 net monthly, statutory benefits, $1,090 monthly food vouchers, and additional benefits **Work Modality:** Hybrid — 2 to 3 days per week onsite (Miguel Hidalgo, Granada neighborhood, CDMX) **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum 2 years of experience in this role **Required Knowledge:** Web servers, APIs, databases (SQL Server), merchant configuration tools (Backend, IssuerAffiliation), to generate test inputs. Tools for tracking assigned user stories (JIRA), submitting requests to GTA (one Jira), logging defects (Azure DevOps), submitting infrastructure requests (GLPI), contacting involved teams, and conducting meetings via this medium (TEAMS). Understanding of infrastructure across different environments to configure, manage, and prepare QA and UAT environments. **Responsibilities:** Analyze requirements to identify, design, and create required test scenarios, as well as raise risks at early stages. Design and develop both positive and exception test cases that may occur in production environments to ensure developments are adequately prepared. Configure your test environment with basic knowledge of cloud servers. Manage the test inputs required for the tests you designed. Execute tests, track logged defects, and support the release process. Assist in reproducing production incidents and subsequently test them to ensure their resolution and prevent impact on existing operations. Conduct certifications and client-facing tests. Continuously validate compliance with PCI and ISO certifications—ensuring processes, information, security, storage and transmission of data, equipment, etc. Knowledge and use of internal tools to perform the above tasks, such as Wireshark, SQL Server, Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, among others. Test and load terminals (various models) and retrieve their logs.
