Additionally, the resort includes six restaurants—among them the iconic oceanfront Cocina del Mar, featuring intimate outdoor terraces along the shoreline—the Spa at Esperanza, four stunning swimming pools, tennis courts, access to world-class golf courses, a children’s club, a comprehensive pet-care program, and an Auberge Adventures menu of exclusive land- and sea-based experiences in Cabo. **Job Description** As a Public Areas Assistant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas (terraces, glass surfaces, floors, furniture, carpets, and general activities), performing your duties quickly and efficiently while meeting quality standards. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Keep all public areas clean and orderly. * The Public Areas Operator promotes the property’s positive image for guests and must be pleasant, honest, and kind, and must also be able to address guest requests and concerns. * Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place lightweight objects without assistance. * Capable of providing friendly and attentive service at all times. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to complete all tasks and responsibilities. * Must consistently maintain a positive and motivating attitude, conveying it to both colleagues and guests. * Must possess thorough knowledge of the area. * Must demonstrate professionalism and be oriented toward luxury service. **Desirable** * Must work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner. * Must be capable of working collaboratively and interacting effectively across all levels, maintaining cordial and affectionate relationships with all colleagues. **Education Level** * Completed secondary school or high school. **Additional Information** Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
