Responsibilities * Accompany route sales representatives daily for order collection. * Support in-store activations, product launches, and training sessions. * Document incidents and generate visit reports with supporting evidence. * Ability to analyze metrics and generate reports. * Knowledge of merchandising, sales techniques, and multi-brand portfolio management. Requirements * Completed or incomplete high school education. * 1–3 years of experience in field sales, promotional activities, trade marketing, or supervision. * Proficiency in using smartphones. * Availability to cover sales routes and work in the field.
