We are looking for committed individuals who are quality-oriented and possess technical skills to ensure the efficiency of production processes. * Ensure **compliance with the production plan** on assembly lines, guaranteeing process efficiency and quality. * Perform **first-piece verification** in assembly and complete the corresponding **daily documents (PCS)**. * Operate and manage the **INU system**, including inventory control, scrap recording, downtime tracking, and material flow. * Execute **model changes and setup** according to established procedures. * Ensure the **proper use and maintenance of measurement instruments and equipment**. * Maintain **assembly line equipment and tools** in good working condition. * **Supervise and coordinate personnel** under your responsibility, fostering a collaborative work environment and resolving conflicts when necessary. * Perform **autonomous maintenance** on production equipment under your responsibility. * Actively participate in the department’s **continuous improvement programs**. * Monitor **compliance with policies, procedures, and targets** established for production processes. * Implement and maintain **5S** in your work area. * Coordinate and provide **training and coaching** to personnel on assembly processes. * Manage **problem resolution and priority setting** to ensure uninterrupted production. * Conduct **Gensoku patrols** to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.
