





**Job Summary** The Process and Floor Execution Engineer is responsible for ensuring that processes defined in the office are correctly implemented on the plant floor, optimizing production, reducing scrap, and guaranteeing operational order and discipline. This is a highly practical role with constant presence on the floor, supervising tube mill, stamping, sheet metal, and welding lines. This is not an administrative position: it is a hands-on profile that executes, coordinates, and controls. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Floor Execution** * Ensure that instructions, changes, improvements, and decisions made in the office are correctly implemented on the floor. * Supervise operators, team leaders, and involved areas to ensure compliance. * Provide daily follow-up on production, priorities, model changes, and startups. **2\. Process Optimization** * Analyze current processes in tube mill, presses, sheet metal, and welding. * Identify bottlenecks, downtime, waste, and improvement opportunities. * Adjust operating parameters and conditions to improve cycle time and quality. **3\. Startups and New Projects** * Prepare processes, instructions, tools, and validations for newly awarded projects. * Coordinate tests, changes, adjustments, and validate releases. * Ensure startups reach stable production without dependence on management or direction. **4\. Operational Control** * Maintain order, discipline, safety, and 5S in assigned areas. * Ensure proper use of tooling and materials. * Support quality in containment, defect resolution, and root cause analysis. **5\. Documentation and Reporting** * Update visual instructions, parameters, and process routes. * Document improvements, times, and critical issues. * Generate brief and clear reports focused on execution (not bureaucracy). **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing processes**, preferably in metalworking. * Floor experience (key requirement). * Practical knowledge of: * MIG/TIG welding * Sheet metal work * Presses and dies * Basic continuous improvement tools (Lean / Kaizen). * Ability to work under pressure, coordinate teams, and solve problems. * Intermediate Excel skills. * English desirable (not essential). **Key Competencies** * Leadership and firmness on the floor * Discipline and organization * Clear communication with operators * Flawless execution and follow-up * Critical thinking and problem solving * High energy level * Results orientation Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible hours * Employee referral program * Additional vacation or paid leave Relocation: * Arteaga, Coah.: Able to commute to work without issues or plan to relocate before starting (Desirable) Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * As engineer: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
