Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan human and material resources, develop efficiency models, analyze flight schedules, and monitor key metrics in the aviation industry. By joining us, you will become part of a global leader delivering ground handling, cargo, and passenger services to over 300 million people annually. **Your Responsibilities:** * Recurrent planning and forecasting of human and material resources required to deliver agreed-upon services across various airports, aligned with operational volumes and business rules. * Development of planning models and identification of proposals enabling efficiency gains. * Collection and analysis of airline itineraries and flight schedules. * Generation of shift plans and follow-up on their implementation with managers responsible for various airports. * Generation, analysis, and monitoring of key metrics and indicators—such as operational volume, labor hours, productivity, compliance rate, etc.—across multiple airports and various scenarios. * Conducting analyses to evaluate new commercial proposals, business opportunities, or market risks. Requirements: * **Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, or Administrative/Aviation-related field.** * **Advanced Office / Excel proficiency REQUIRED (assessment will be administered)** * **Power BI proficiency preferred (desirable)** * **Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills** * **Ability to perform comprehensive analysis** * **Knowledge of operational staff shift assignment** * **Experience in the aviation industry is a plus** * **Minimum one year of data analysis experience in Excel** Offered: Gross monthly salary: $21,000 Food vouchers: 10% Full statutory benefits (100% payroll coverage) Savings fund: 8% Ongoing training and career development.
