Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage branch team activities, ensuring proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Supervises flawless execution of current processes and policies, taking actions that enhance profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure service quality standards by monitoring flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-defined metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to maintain accurate inventory levels, product facing and placement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate direct reports using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
