**Payroll Coordinator** ========================== Location: Gestamp Toluca II, MX, Gestamp To Date: May 27, 2026 **Detailed Description** --------------------- Objective Accurately and timely calculate earnings and withholdings to ensure legal compliance with obligations toward employees and various government agencies related to the payroll process. Academic Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Administration (preferred); Desirable: Accounting Required Experience: * Payroll processing. • Knowledge of SUA (Sistema Único de Afiliación). • Knowledge of Annual Tax Returns. * Knowledge of State Tax Calculation and Payment * Knowledge of Risk Premium Determination * Knowledge of and ability to interpret the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Knowledge of the Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR) * Knowledge of FA (Fondo de Ahorro) Administration * Knowledge of PTU (Participation in Profits) Calculation * Knowledge of the IMSS and INFONAVIT Laws * Knowledge of FONACOT * Knowledge of Personnel Administration * Knowledge of SAP * Decision-making skills * Information analysis skills * Negotiation skills The regulations applicable to IATF, ISO 14001, PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks), and Safety are documented in the M.R.L.O & D.C.
