Job Purpose The OTM IT Manager Latam will be responsible for designing and leading the migration of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system from On-Premise to Cloud across six Latin American countries. This strategic role ensures that the solution architecture complies with global standards and local requirements, guaranteeing a successful, efficient implementation aligned with technological innovation and operational excellence. The role acts as an IT Business Partner, translating functional needs into technical specifications and overseeing project execution in multicultural environments. Key Responsibilities • Design the solution architecture for the OTM Cloud migration, ensuring integration and alignment with regional operational processes. • Define a common operating model across six countries, supporting local variations without compromising standardization. • Identify and document operational requirements through workshops with local teams. • Implement configurations in OTM Cloud (rates, calendars, workflows, scripting). • Lead functional and technical consultant teams, ensuring delivery of agreed deliverables and adherence to schedules. • Validate configurations through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality prior to Go-Live. • Coordinate with the Global Center of Excellence to ensure alignment with corporate policies. • Plan and execute training, Cut-Over activities, and post-Go-Live support. • Report project progress, risks, and deviations to regional management. • Promote adoption of reference architectures and agile methodologies (Agile, DevOps). Who We Are Looking For • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience: 10+ years in IT, including roles such as Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, and Project Manager. • Technical Knowledge: In-depth expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud, ERP/WMS integrations, Agile methodologies, and PMP. • Certifications: OTM certification preferred. • Languages: Spanish and English (Business Fluent). • Key Competencies: Leadership, results orientation, planning, problem solving, effective communication, team development. • Additional Skills: Project management, functional and technical design of logistics solutions, supply chain management.
