We are looking for a talented **Internal Communication Assistant** * Knowledge of creating, executing, and monitoring internal communication campaigns. * Experience developing materials related to safety, corporate culture, and workplace wellness. * Intermediate-level proficiency in graphic tools is desirable: * Photoshop * Illustrator * Adobe Premiere * Canva * Basic knowledge of photography and video. * Excellent written and oral communication skills across all organizational levels. * Strong command of Spanish writing, grammar, and spelling. * Basic English (preferred). * Flexible working hours. **Main Responsibilities:** * Effective communication across all hierarchical levels. * Ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences. * Active listening and understanding of team needs. * Collaboration and teamwork (building alliances to achieve common goals). * Attention to detail. * Focus on organizational culture and department personnel.
