Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor in Private Security to manage and supervise security services, personnel, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Training of security personnel and customer service WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR IN PRIVATE SECURITY FOR A RECOGNIZED COMPANY IN THE WESTERN REGION OF NUEVO LEON (SAN PEDRO, SANTA CATARINA, MONTERREY) **REQUIREMENTS**: \-High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Criminology \-Experience in physical and industrial security \-C-TPAT knowledge \-Personnel relocation \-Customer service \-Attendance lists \-Staff coverage and scheduling \-Class C driver's license and ability to drive standard vehicles \-Personnel management \-Knowledge of physical security \-Training of security personnel \-1 year of experience * Risk situation analysis and planning/programming of necessary actions for implementing and delivering private security services. * Organization, direction, and inspection of private security personnel and services. * Supervision of compliance with applicable private security regulations. * Bonus for KPI achievement * Overtime pay * Assigned vehicle * Company phone number * Weekly salary of $4,196 plus $500 bonus, paid every Friday * Statutory benefits and additional company-provided benefits. * For more information, please send your CV in PDF format.
