




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to supervise multidisciplinary teams and ensure operational excellence, as well as a safe and warm environment in the residence. We need an Operations Manager — a key position to ensure every detail of the residence operates with excellence and residents live in a safe and warm environment. This role is essential for ensuring the residence’s comprehensive operation and that each area functions efficiently and to high quality standards. The Operations Manager will supervise teams in **Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Services, Housekeeping/Room Attendant, Maintenance, Gardening, and Security**, ensuring flawless execution and a safe, orderly, and warm environment for our residents and their families. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coordinate, and supervise teams in Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Services, Housekeeping/Room Attendant, Maintenance and Technical Services, Security and Access Control, and Green Areas and Gardening. * Ensure all operational services are delivered to high standards of quality, order, hygiene, and efficiency. * Implement and improve processes to ensure optimal residence operations. * Establish performance indicators and monitor goal achievement across all areas. * Monitor resident and family satisfaction indicators, ensuring residence service quality. * Ensure preventive and corrective facility maintenance, anticipating risks and resolving incidents promptly. * Foster a collaborative, respectful, and service-oriented work environment. * Coordinate and promote ongoing training for operational staff to enhance service quality. * Supervise compliance with safety protocols, civil protection regulations, internal policies, and pursue service quality certifications. * Collaborate closely with Management and other department heads to assess needs, optimize processes, and improve resident and family experience. * Actively participate in the pre-opening phase, supporting process implementation, vendor selection, staff hiring, and comprehensive residence preparation. ✅ Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in operations or service administration, holding managerial or coordination roles with direct leadership over multidisciplinary teams — preferably in senior living or hotels. * Results orientation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. * Ability to solve problems quickly and judiciously. * Attention to detail and focus on delivering excellent service. * Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a people-centered environment. * Organizational skills, discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Alignment with Quintazur’s Vision, Mission, Purpose, and Values. * Availability to work some weekends or special events.
