A major multinational company specializing in technological infrastructure, connectivity solutions, and industrial B2B environments is seeking a: **Operations and Logistics Manager** We are looking for a strategic and operational profile with experience leading logistics operations, warehousing, customer service, and administrative processes within distribution, manufacturing, or industrial trading companies. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end operations covering logistics, warehousing, customer service, and administrative support. * Ensure operational continuity and stability at the Mexico City office. * Supervise warehouses and inventory, ensuring control, availability, and KPI compliance. * Coordinate import, freight, and customs compliance processes. * Manage relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and international corporate stakeholders. * Design and implement performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives. * Participate in process automation and optimization initiatives. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting organization, structure, and accountability. * Ensure operational efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and customer service functions. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree in: * Business Administration * Industrial Engineering * Business Engineering * or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in: * operations * logistics * supply chain * operational administration * Experience leading operational and administrative teams. * Knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, imports, and B2B customer service. * Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies. * ERP system proficiency, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Valid passport. * Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time.
