Key Highlights: 1. Challenge boundaries and drive progress in an innovative environment. 2. Enhance your skills and grow both personally and professionally. 3. Join an organization that respects diversity and fosters inclusion. Job Description: **At AXA Mexico, we seek those who dare to challenge boundaries and drive progress for a better world!** If you are not afraid of challenges, desire growth, and want to make an impact, this is your opportunity to experience something transformative — for others’ lives and your own. Are you ready to reach your full potential and make a difference? Join our team and become part of an organization that respects diversity, fosters inclusion, and promotes innovation. Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Execute and optimize the candidate identification process for health programs, assuming direct responsibility for integrating and cleansing data from the insurer, clinics, and external networks to generate actionable leads. The incumbent must transform current manual processes into efficient operational workflows, ensuring data completeness and quality according to medical department criteria. Responsibilities include operational database management, building decision-support dashboards, and collaborating technically with the Transformation team to progressively implement automation and artificial intelligence solutions that scale operational capacity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Integration and Harmonization of Information Sources The analyst identifies and consolidates daily databases originating from the insurer’s core systems, clinical operations records, and external network files. This is accomplished by creating queries in databases (SQL) or using data preparation tools, establishing unique identity keys to unify an insured individual’s fragmented history across multiple sources. The expected outcome is a unified, coherent repository serving as the single source of truth for candidate identification. * Lead Cleansing and Enrichment (Data Cleansing) Transforms raw data into real contact opportunities by executing demographic and contact information cleaning and validation processes. This is done by applying business rules to detect duplicates, correct inconsistencies, and cross-reference missing information with secondary databases to "complete" the candidate profile. The expected outcome is delivery of clean, 100% contactable leads, reducing operational waste in contact cells. * Standardization and Continuous Improvement of Operational Processes Designs and documents currently manual operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and human error. This is achieved by analyzing the end-to-end data lifecycle, proposing redesigns for information capture, and establishing stable, replicable work protocols. The expected outcome is a \*\*professionalized, agile, and scalable operation\*\*, ready to absorb increased volumes of health strategies without compromising quality. * Visualization Architecture and Business Intelligence (Dashboards) Converts operational activity into strategic information assets for stakeholders. This is done by designing and maintaining dashboards that visualize critical KPIs such as conversion rate, external network effectiveness, and real-time lead funnel metrics. The expected outcome is democratization of critical data, enabling management to make evidence-based tactical decisions and strategy adjustments — rather than assumptions. * Technical Liaison for Automation and AI Implementation Acts as the operational bridge to the Transformation team for the department’s technological transition. This is achieved by translating medical rules and pain points of manual operations into technical requirements, participating in the design of machine learning models and AI algorithms for automated candidate selection. The expected outcome is successful migration toward an automated operation, enabling the system to intelligently and autonomously identify leads. * Audit and Compliance with Medical Criteria Ensures every generated lead strictly complies with clinical protocols defined by the medical department. This is achieved by configuring algorithmic filters and validations within data selection processes, and periodically auditing whether the identified population aligns with each program’s inclusion criteria. The expected outcome is absolute adherence to medical governance, guaranteeing health resources are allocated only to patients who clinically and technically require them. **Requirements:** Academic Background Degree: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Health Institution Administration, or related fields with a strong quantitative component. Postgraduate (preferred): Specialization or diplomas in business intelligence, data analytics, or operations management. Experience General: Minimum 2–3 years in operations, business intelligence, or strategic planning. Specific: \* Demonstrable experience integrating databases from multiple sources (information silos). Desirable experience in the Health or Insurance sector, understanding claims logic, provider networks, or risk management programs. Experience working in process improvement environments (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies). Experience acting as a liaison between business units and IT/Transformation teams. **What We Offer You?** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better every day.
