OPERATIONAL TRAINING SPECIALIST

**REQUIREMENTS** Technical or bachelor's degree. Minimum 3 years of similar experience. Sense of urgency and proactive attitude. Ability to travel easily; highway driving experience. Knowledge of standards; valid driver's license. 100% field work at service stations. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. **Main responsibilities:** * Train staff on operational procedures. * Collaborate with station managers and shift supervisors to identify areas for improvement and employee development opportunities. * Continuously assess training needs and update training materials as required. * Maintain monthly training indicators. * Implement preventive and corrective actions aligned with official regulations. * Track feedback forms from the complaints/suggestions/recognition mailbox. * Listen to workers' needs at service stations and corporate offices to foster a favorable organizational climate. * Develop visual aids to communicate benefits and relevant information, and distribute them. * Create procedures for various areas involving the training department. * Provide organizational training for all employees. * Conduct employee satisfaction surveys regarding training and submit results to management. * Promote an interactive and participatory learning environment, periodically evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. **WE OFFER** Initial weekly salary: MXN 3,500 Statutory benefits + additional benefits.
