Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Operational Auditor to verify revenue, perform daily closings, audit cash register closures, and reconcile consumption checks across various points of sale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Audit cash register closures for department stores, food and beverage outlets, spa, and front desk. 2. Carry out daily production for all points of sale. 3. Audit room charges and reconcile bank cards. We invite you to join our great family! · We are looking for your talent as: Operational Auditor · You will be responsible for verifying all revenue generated at points of sale and the front desk area, recording all information to complete the day’s final closing, auditing whether cash register closures were performed correctly, and also sorting, supervising, and reconciling house account consumption checks. · Main Responsibilities: Audit cash register closures for Department Stores, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Front Desk, verifying payment methods (cash, Amexco cards, Responsibilities, Plans, All-Inclusive, Room Charges). Perform daily production for all points of sale. Audit room charges from various points of sale. File consumption checks and recorded payments. Audit recorded payments made by front desk agents. Print, review, and prepare the rent roll report. Reconcile VISA, AMEXCO, MASTERCARD, and SANTANDER SYSTEM bank cards; any discrepancies must be reported to the Night Manager. Audit courtesy and house-use supporting documents. Print all audit reports. Desired Knowledge and Skills · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related technical program. Minimum 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of banking terminal operations. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
