Review the daily schedule to prepare supplies, equipment, and instruments for surgeries scheduled for the following day. 2\. Ensure that equipment, accessories, consumables, endoscopic instruments, and sterile surgical instruments—complete, required, and contracted for each procedure—are ready 30 minutes prior to each procedure. 3\. Actively monitor the optimal functioning of the aforementioned items and provide technical assistance to the surgeon regarding supply provision during the procedure to deliver high-quality service. 4\. Clean the surgical instrument set after each procedure to mitigate health risks. 5\. Safeguard equipment, accessories, instruments, and consumables in the space designated by the hospital to protect company assets. 6\. Generate electronic and physical records according to supplies used, and collect the attending physician’s original signature upon completion of each procedure to ensure service delivery compliance. 7\. Produce a monthly report on procedures and consumables aligned with the institute’s billing cutoff date to support timely and accurate decision-making. 8\. Maintain up-to-date inventory records of supplies to track inflows and outflows. 9\. Timely request replenishment of materials to ensure operational continuity. 10\. Execute relevant routines within the service delivery process to ensure contract and procedural compliance.
