Objective:
Inspect, evaluate, and release products in process, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure compliance with established specifications.
Requirements:
* Age: 20\-45 years
* Gender: Unrestricted
* Marital status: Unrestricted
* 1 year of experience preferred in: Document control, handling and release of semi-finished and finished production.
* GMP, HACCP, Quality concepts.
Education:
* Incomplete degree: Food Engineering or related field.
Skills:
* Ethics

Daily, periodic, and occasional job responsibilities:
* Assist in reviewing, evaluating, and jointly requesting—with the Complaints and Returns Analyst—the disposition of non-conforming materials from raw material warehouse, finished goods warehouse, retail store, and returns.
* Carry out recovery of materials, semi-finished, and finished goods that do not meet established specifications.
* Assist in generating records of deviations for semi-finished and finished goods that do not meet established specifications.
* Assist in delivering reprocessed in-process and finished goods to respective departments for completion.
* Assist in identifying, segregating, and coordinating with General Management the disposition of non-conforming products.
* Comply with GMP.
* Assist in recording and analyzing results of non-conforming products, complaints, and returns.
