(Responsibilities):** * Coordinate and supervise machining shop activities to ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacturing of parts and components. * Ensure optimal operation and availability of **injection and thermoforming molds**. * Plan and schedule machining part fabrication or repair, meeting delivery timelines and quality standards. * Supervise shop personnel, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations. * Coordinate and track **preventive, corrective, and predictive mold maintenance plans**. * Analyze mold performance to propose improvements impacting **product quality and operational efficiency**. * Collaborate with production to identify and resolve issues related to molds and tooling. * Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models for part manufacturing. * Develop and select appropriate cutting tools for each machining operation. * Identify opportunities for improvement in machining shop processes. ### **What Do You Need?
