Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced waiter with expertise in customer service, order taking, preparation of basic beverages, and incident resolution, while maintaining cleanliness and order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct and friendly customer service. 2. Preparation of basic café beverages (barista skills). 3. Problem solving and proactivity. * Direct and friendly customer service. * Taking orders and entering them into the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. * Managing order tickets and coordinating with the kitchen. * Preparation of basic café beverages (coffee, cappuccino, latte, etc.). * Upselling techniques. * Processing payments (cash, credit card, bank transfers). * Cleaning and organizing workstations. * Setting up and clearing tables. * Verifying accounts and closing shifts. * Assisting with basic inventory management for bar and floor stock. * Resolving customer-related incidents. **Required Knowledge** * Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Customer service techniques. * Basic café beverage preparation (barista skills). * Hygienic food handling (preferred). * Upselling and handling objections. * Basic order ticket management and service timing control. **Skills** * Service-oriented attitude. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Organization and efficiency. * Problem solving. * Proactivity. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress. * Prior experience in a café or beverage preparation is preferred. * Flexible availability (including shift work). * Minimum education: junior high school or high school diploma. * Professional appearance. * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.** * **Fixed day off: Saturday.** * **Sunday work schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Free parking * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
