Would you like to join our talent network? **We require:** Maintenance Manager **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor's degree / Engineer (Mechanical Administration, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field) \- Automotive Mechanics for heavy equipment. \- Physical-mechanical conditions of tractors and trailers. \- Personnel management. \- Problem-solving tools. **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and ensure compliance with the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for vehicles to extend their service life and minimize operational downtime. \- Coordinate and provide support to department personnel, as well as deliver scheduled departmental training to achieve objectives and the maintenance plan. \- Identify and analyze root causes of the most common failures occurring on vehicles stranded on highways, to reduce incidents and ensure reliability and safety of vehicles in operation. \- Analyze and determine requirements for the main workshop and branch workshops to meet the company’s demand for maintenance services. \- Conduct and execute daily and weekly meetings discipline using the Scaling Up methodology. **Competencies:** \- Results-oriented \- Leadership \- Teamwork \- Planning \- Problem analysis \- Decision-making Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $28,000.00 \- $36,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Application question(s): * Experience in diesel engine repairs and which fifth-wheel truck models?
