We boldly go. **Where is the work:** **Job Objective:** Participate in the analysis, development, validation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems for New Product Development (NPD) projects. Support the definition of robust manufacturing solutions by applying advanced engineering methodologies, ensuring compliance with product functional and design requirements. Contribute to ensuring safe, high-quality, cost-competitive, and program-deliverable-aligned processes for HVAC unit production. **Function / Responsibilities focused on the Position:** * Track implementation of NPD projects using the 3P methodology. * Analyze, review, and propose product improvements using the DMF&A methodology. * Map the product using the Fishbone methodology. * Map the assembly process using the PAAG methodology. * Develop layout and assembly flow proposals in AutoCAD. * Design fixtures, carts, and racks for the assembly process using Creo Parametric. * Analyze and support engineering prototype fabrication (Engineering Build). * Conduct time studies and process balancing analysis using Yamazumi. * Develop and execute 1/10-scale and full-scale (1/1) process simulations. * Interpret technical drawings, critical characteristics, and process specifications. * Create RFQs and track procurement of equipment, tools, and machinery. * Generate and update process documentation (Ergo Score, Lean, SW, PFMEA, CP). * Train operational personnel on new processes, tools, or work methods. * Prepare documentation for release of areas, equipment, machines, and processes. * Manage the capital expenditure (CapEx) budget for assigned areas. **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in manufacturing, assembly, machining, fabrication, etc. **Skills:** **Required:** Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Intermediate English.**Recommended (basic):** CAD design (AutoCAD, Creo Parametric), Lean Manufacturing, experience in assembly process analysis and balancing, interpretation of drawings and technical specifications, procurement processes.
