Responsibilities Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily activities. Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Identify and resolve equipment and facility failures. Coordinate work with vendors and contractors. Comply with safety regulations and support other departments. Technical Knowledge Air conditioning, water pumping, boilers, and fire protection systems. Electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation, and sanitation systems. Swimming pool, kitchen, laundry, and emergency power plant equipment. Alarm systems, solar panels, water filtration, and electronic access control systems. Skills Leadership and teamwork. Organization and task delegation. Problem identification and resolution.
