Prior experience in similar roles is required, with emphasis on operational efficiency and safety. You must have knowledge of electricity, plumbing, gas, drywall, swimming pools, and the use of various tools. The ability to work collaboratively and under pressure is essential. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facility operation. Additionally, they must maintain accurate records of all tasks performed and collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues. Availability to rotate shifts weekly is required.
