Position Summary: Ensure the structural, operational, and aesthetic integrity of facilities by implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, leading teams, and managing budgets. Ability to lead operational and technical teams **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the structural, operational, and aesthetic integrity of facilities through the implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. **PROFILE:** · **Academic Qualification:** Completed Bachelor’s or Engineering degree (Diploma and Professional License) in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related fields. · **Experience:** · **5+ years** in supervisory or managerial maintenance roles. · Demonstrable experience in managing high-rise buildings and restaurants. · In-depth knowledge of current regulations (Civil Protection, STPS standards, and industrial safety standards). **Skills and Competencies** * **Leadership:** Ability to guide operational and technical teams toward achieving objectives. * **Conflict Management:** Efficient resolution of critical on-site issues and management of supplier relationships. * **Strategic Talent Planning:** Optimization of staffing, technical training, and retention of key personnel. * **Executive Communication:** Ability to present performance reports, budgets, and technical requirements to senior management. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and oversee the Master Maintenance Plan (Preventive and Corrective). * Manage the department’s budget, ensuring profitability and cost savings on supplies. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Coordinate external suppliers and contractors for specialized construction work. * Evaluate the performance of the technical team under supervision. **Employment Offer and Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:** $18,000 gross. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts). * **Location:** Torre Latinoamericana, Mexico City. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * **Professional Growth:** Career development plan and salary review starting from the third month. * **Networking:** Access to key industry events. * **Incentives:** Incentive trips upon achievement of targets. * **Corporate Benefits:** 10% discount at our consumption centers and gym.
