Perform various minor repairs including adjusting toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall holes. Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Comply with all company safety and operational policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and respond accordingly; and assist guests with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by fellow employees. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Assist in moving, lifting, carrying, and positioning objects weighing more than 100 pounds (e.g., air conditioning units, televisions, dressers). Climb up and down standard stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
