Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform basic electrical, wall, floor, and painting repairs, as well as installations and welding work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Basic electrical, wall, floor, and painting maintenance and repairs. 2. Painting activities, pipe repair, cleaning of electrical panels. 3. Minor repairs such as lock replacements and garden maintenance. SODEXO, A LEADING QUALITY SERVICES COMPANY, IS SEEKING A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT WORK LOCATION: METEPEC (SAN JORGE PUEBLO NUEVO) **Responsibilities:** * Electrical, wall, floor, and painting maintenance and repairs; visual and real estate maintenance; adaptations and installations; **painting and welding work (mandatory)** * Conducting painting activities at the facility level * Repairing ventilation pipes, high-pressure water pipes, etc. * Floor-level maintenance * Inspecting and cleaning electrical panels * Mechanically tightening nuts and bolts on enclosures * Performing minor repairs, such as replacing broken locks or filling wall cavities * Performing garden or pathway maintenance tasks **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of maintenance practices * Valid basic documentation **We Offer**: * Net weekly salary: $2,244 * Monthly food vouchers: $1,100 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * School support vouchers * Christmas vouchers * One additional paid economic day every six months (in addition to statutory days) Interested candidates should send their CV to Miriam.Gallarza@sodexo.com or apply through this platform.
