We are currently looking for: ***MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT*** **What do you need?** * Technical high school diploma * Experience in maintenance ***Responsibilities*** * Perform preventive maintenance on facilities (walls and ceilings of corridors, walls and ceilings of rooms, assembly points, stair railings). * Support all departments requesting corrective maintenance reports. * Supervise hospital, office, and medical tower fumigation. * Perform preventive painting maintenance on exterior benches and curbs with parking line markings. * Replace water jugs in coolers across various areas. * Inspect the fire protection system's functionality. * Inspect the emergency power plant's functionality. * Inspect and record amperage readings at the main electrical panel and the hospital's electricity meter. **What do we offer?** * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Uniforms Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $12,001\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
