Job Summary: Logistics Assistant at BUFFINGTON, responsible for assisting in distribution logistics, document control, documentation preparation, and recording of outgoing orders. As a Logistics Assistant at BUFFINGTON, you will assist in distribution logistics through effective document control and preparation, assist in documentation creation, record outgoing orders, and perform other related tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include inventory organization, customer service, and coordination with suppliers to ensure efficient material flow and timely deliveries. This is a part-time position conducted on-site at our facilities located in Mexico City, at José Ignacio Bartolache 1911, Col. Acacias. **Requirements** * Proficiency in document management and organizational skills to maintain material control and order. * Experience in distribution logistics to ensure proper product supply and timely customer deliveries. * Customer service skills to deliver quality support and resolve issues effectively. * Additional competencies such as teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail are highly valued. * Experience operating computer systems. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Flexibility and adaptability * Minimum preferred experience: 6 months Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
