We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Generic Job Description** Coordinate, supervise, guide, and motivate a team to achieve established objectives for safety, quality, hourly control compliance, scrap reduction, and improved production process efficiency in a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities:** * Line balancing and timely line startup * Effective model changeovers * Completion and compliance with hourly control tracking * Ensure adherence to internal work regulations and dress code * Lead and update Tier 1 joint metrics * Daily scrap disposition * Compliance with 5S in the area * Promote safety activities * Provide constructive feedback and individual coaching * Resolve conflicts and foster effective communication * Identify opportunities for process and performance improvement * Promote training and certification for team development * Ensure personnel certified for critical operations * Accountability for metrics reporting to Production Coordinator * Proper and timely escalation tracking of area issues, respecting hierarchical levels * Material control and proper WIP handling * Quality issue tracking via QRQC system * Downtime logging through SCGI platform * ANDON system monitoring and follow\-up * Headcount monitoring in Workday * Implementation of 3\-5\-10 reaction plan * Promote team engagement activities **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
