Job Summary: Strategic Flutter Technical Lead responsible for defining end-to-end solutions, software architecture, and improving team performance through mentorship and training. Key Highlights: 1. Flutter Lead Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, etc. Minimum 5 years of software development experience (mobile/multi-platform). **Responsibilities / Skills:** * Strategic technical leader responsible for defining end\-to\-end solutions, establishing software architecture aligned with banking standards, and accelerating team performance. This role mitigates technical risks through code governance and serves as the primary mentor for the mobile development chapter, leading internal training. * Architecture Definition: Design robust end\-to\-end solutions using Clean Architecture and modularization by layers (Layers) and feature packages (Feature Packages). * Design System Governance: Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the Flutter component library, managing themes, tokens, and Material Design 3\ specifications. * Unified Release Governance: Coordinate and automate the multi-platform release cycle for iOS, Android, and Web. * Quality Assurance: Conduct strategic code reviews, define testing strategies (Unit, Widget, Integration), and ensure code coverage. * Lead the Training Plan: Design, deliver, and evaluate the team’s technical training program on Dart, Flutter, and engineering best practices. * Pair Programming and Mentorship: Conduct pair programming sessions to unblock complex challenges and accelerate team throughput. * Deliverables and technical documentation. **Technology Stack:** Flutter, Dart., State Management: BLoC, Riverpod, MVVM, Provider, Architecture and Patterns: Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, Clean Code, Modular Architecture (Layers \+ Feature Packages), Testing and Quality: Unit Tests, Widget Tests, Integration Tests, Dart Analyze, Lint, Persistence and Networking: Dio, Http, Hive, SQLite, DevOps and CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD, Fastlane, Flavors, Store Automation, Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), On\-Premise Infrastructure.
