Teamwork and customer service Exclusive Raqueta Vista Hermosa Sports Club is seeking: **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** ASSIST IN THE COOKING AND PREPARATION OF DISHES IN THE KITCHEN. **Requirements**: * Proven experience as a kitchen assistant * Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations * Manual dexterity to handle cutting tools and kitchen utensils * Teamwork and strong communication skills * Patience and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure * Good physical condition and stamina * Technical education diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary school diploma highly valued **Responsibilities**: * Follow the prep list created by the chef to plan daily tasks * Label and store all ingredients on shelves for organization and easy access * Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking * Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and cutting vegetables, slicing meat, etc. * Perform basic kitchen tasks such as reducing sauces, blanching foods, etc. * Prepare simple dishes such as salads, appetizers, etc. * Keep the kitchen clean and orderly by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, taking out trash, etc. * Ensure all food and other products are stored properly * Comply with sanitary and nutritional guidelines * Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned * Passion for dish preparation * Service-oriented attitude * Customer service * Teamwork * Punctuality WE OFFER: * **Salary: $9,452.00** * Tips * Staff cafeteria * Monthly grocery vouchers: $1,033.00 * Savings fund: 2.5 % * Uniforms * Parking LOCATION: * Vista Hermosa, Cuajimalpa Send your CV via email to: María Elena Garduño **Note: Must reside in Cuajimalpa Borough, within 40 minutes of the club.** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Up to $9,830.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
