Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to manage the brand's digital presence, generate engaging content, and interact with the community. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with marketing and design teams Manage, create, and strengthen the brand's digital presence across social media platforms by producing engaging content, interacting with the community, and supporting digital marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Create, schedule, and publish content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). * Monitor messages, comments, and mentions, providing timely and professional responses. * Support content calendar planning. * Generate creative content (copywriting, ideas, trends). * Analyze basic metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth). * Identify trends and propose innovative ideas. * Support digital campaigns and promotions. * Maintain brand identity and tone across all platforms. * Collaborate with design, marketing, or operational teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience managing social media. * Basic knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar, OpenTable, *Google Reviews*, etc. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Basic understanding of digital metrics. * Creativity and strategic thinking. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Organization and time management. * Adaptability to digital trends. * Attention to detail. * Professional appearance **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Growth opportunities. * Meals. * Monday to Friday work schedule. * \*\*San Ángel area \*\* **Plus (Desirable)** * Experience creating content for restaurants or lifestyle brands. * Basic knowledge of mobile photography or videography. * Basic proficiency in editing tools.
