




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support professional to ensure the availability and security of the technological infrastructure, manage projects, and provide expert technical support to users. Expert technical support to users and technology alignment We seek an IT Support professional who guarantees maximum availability, functionality, and security of the technological infrastructure (servers, network, equipment), delivers expert technical support to all users, manages technology projects (ERP, POS, time clocks, applications), administers assets and licenses, and aligns technology with the company’s operational, administrative, and growth requirements—through efficient service management, high-level support execution, and proper implementation of technology projects. Agreements with laboratories, medical services, and nutritional consultations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or Systems Engineering (in progress or completed). Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Support lead. Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace/POS Management/Diagnosis and Control/Security and Maintenance/Asset Management. · Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support (preventive and corrective) to end users for systems, hardware, and work tools. Maintain operation of the central server (essential for administrative tasks) and review internet connectivity at corporate headquarters and business units. Perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment, mail server (verifying storage capacity), and security recording devices (DVR). Review/support internet modems at business units via connection rules (whitelist). Manage procurement, leasing, and cancellation of services (internet, modems, mobile lines).
