Participation in technology upgrade projects VACANCY: **Systems Coordinator** **Department:** Information Technology (IT) **Location:** Polanco (with mobility to all our offices) **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Objective:** Provide first- and second-level technical support to the organization’s internal users, assisting with the administration of computer equipment, peripherals, and systems. Additionally, collaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance of the technological infrastructure to ensure operational continuity of the IT department. **Responsibilities** * Handling and tracking technical support tickets * Resolving failures in computer equipment, printers, and peripherals * Installing and configuring software and operating systems * Managing user accounts (creation, deactivation, and password recovery) * Providing basic user training on office tools * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment * Controlling and inventorying technological assets * Physically installing hardware (RAM, hard drives, cards, etc.) * Preparing and configuring new equipment * Managing warranties and equipment under repair * Providing basic LAN and Wi\-Fi connectivity support * Diagnosing network, internet/intranet failures * Assisting with structured cabling and network points * Managing email accounts * Developing user manuals and guides * Supporting data backup procedures * Participating in technology upgrade projects **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (completed) **Experience:** * 3 years in technical support or similar role * Experience supporting internal users (preferred) **Technical Knowledge:** * Windows 10 and 11 * Office 365 * Basic networking and connectivity * Remote desktop tools * Email administration * Hostinger, Spacemail, and Namecheap (preferred) **Certifications:** * CompTIA A\+ or equivalent (preferred) Working Conditions **Monthly Salary:** * $20,000 to $26,000 MXN (based on experience) **Benefits:** * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Grocery vouchers: $1,000 MXN monthly * Savings fund: 7\.5% * Thirteenth-month bonus (20 days) * Vacation bonus * Statutory vacation days Additional Information The most recent employment references will be verified; therefore, having up-to-date reference information is mandatory.
