Your Opportunity. Ensure proper control, recording, valuation, and safeguarding of fixed asset, construction material, and supply inventories for hotel projects, guaranteeing traceability, data reliability, and compliance with internal policies. Key Responsibilities. - Administer and maintain up-to-date fixed asset inventory controls. - Record asset additions, disposals, transfers, and inventory adjustments in systems (ERP/SAP), ensuring correct accounting classification. - Supervise and conduct periodic physical inventories, reconciling against system records and investigating variances. - Validate proper receipt of materials against purchase orders, technical specifications, and supporting documentation. - Control the custody and allocation of fixed assets (tools, equipment, site furniture), ensuring full traceability. - Analyze material consumption, turnover rates, and deviations, proposing actions to optimize costs and prevent losses or shrinkage. - Ensure compliance with policies, internal procedures, and audits (internal/external). - Generate inventory control reports and key performance indicators. - Participate in implementing process and tool improvements (digitalization, automation, best practices). Requirements. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or incomplete studies. - Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, fixed asset management, or warehouse operations—preferably in hospitality. - Knowledge of inventory control principles and experience using SAP or related ERP systems for inventory management.
