**Inventory Auditor** (temporary) **Position Snapshot** Conduct physical inventory counts of finished goods to report discrepancies and implement corrections in receiving, storage, and order preparation processes by performing physical stock verification (pallets, boxes, fractions, and units), adhering to established policies, customer specifications, procedures, and best distribution practices, thereby supporting timely, high-quality, and accurate stock availability. **Position Summary** Location: Nestlé Distribution Center, Av. Industria Automotriz S/N, Parque Industrial El Coecillo. Shift rotation available Monday through Sunday. Rotating schedules: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Direct hiring by Nestlé, statutory benefits, savings fund, and food vouchers. Transportation service (single route to Zinacantepec, stops along Tollocan at designated points). **A Day in the Life of...** 1\.\- Perform physical material counts—quantity, quality, and batch—according to internal and external customer specifications, following work instructions assigned by the Control Desk, to support reconciliation between physical and theoretical movements for receiving, internal transfers, and dispatch. 2\.\- Report inventory deviations by identifying damages, quantity discrepancies, batch mismatches, and/or internal and/or external customer specification variances, ensuring product availability during receiving, internal movement, and dispatch processes—maintaining quality, timeliness, and accuracy. 3 \- Participate in operational meetings within your area, reporting KPIs related to your warehouse function, contributing to continuous improvement activities in receiving, internal movement, and warehouse outbound processes. **What Will Make You Successful…** High school diploma or technical degree; Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration. Proficiency in arithmetic operations. Basic knowledge of inventory counting. SAP experience (desirable)
