Virtual University Seeks: **Instructional Designer** ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, educational sciences, or related field * Experience: E-learning, instructional design, and learning environments * Experience in higher education (desirable) * Knowledge: Instructional planning; instructional design based on the ADDIE, TPACK, and 5E models; proficiency with LMS platforms such as Moodle; proficiency with tools for creating educational resources such as Genially, Canva, H5P, and/or similar tools; office software proficiency. ***Responsibilities:*** * Resolve helpdesk tickets. * Carry out tasks assigned by the instructional design coordination team. * Review self-instructional texts. * Create videos using AI and applications. * Develop resources to support course activities. * Upload self-instructional texts to the learning platform. * Design courses based on the academic program offerings. * Support and supervise subject-matter experts during course development aligned with the academic program offerings. * Update calendars and activities for active courses.
