Karani Art, a proudly Mexican design company dedicated to elevating Mexican culture through graphic design, is seeking: **Human Resources Coordinator** **Requirements:** Ages 29 to 40 * Gender-neutral * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (degree completed) * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position * Proficiency with portals such as NOI, IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT * Microsoft Office suite **Responsibilities:** * Reviewing recruitment and selection of personnel * Monitoring personnel administration * Payroll management, calculation of severance payments, bonuses, vacation pay, etc. * Implementing HR department policies, reviewing and applying internal regulations * Developing training plans, career development plans, incentive programs, etc. * Updating job descriptions * Performance evaluations * Evaluating and proposing improvements to organizational climate * Other related duties **We offer:** * Base salary between $14,000.00 and $18,000.00 per month, paid in two biweekly installments * Statutory benefits * Brand discounts * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; weekends off * C.
