Positive work environment. **Restaurant SAVE** is looking to add an organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to its team for the position of **Human Resources Assistant**. The selected candidate will provide support across various HR processes, primarily in recruitment, selection, training, onboarding of new personnel, organization of internal events, and follow-up on HR administrative activities. Main Responsibilities * Support in **recruitment and selection processes**. * Posting job vacancies and tracking candidates. * Scheduling interviews and assisting with hiring. * Coordinating **onboarding sessions for new employees**. * Supporting the organization of **training programs, courses, and workshops**. * Tracking attendance lists, training evidence, and reports. * Supporting the organization of **internal events for employees**. * Distribution and control of **uniforms**. * Supporting HR administrative tasks. * Employee assistance and follow-up. Requirements * Prior experience in human resources. * Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection. * Skills in organizing events, courses, and onboarding sessions. * Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. * Organizational ability, responsibility, and follow-through on pending tasks. * Basic computer and administrative tool proficiency. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills.
