Opportunity for professional development and job stability **HR COORDINATOR – RESTAURANT INDUSTRY** Mexico City A growing restaurant chain is looking for an HR Coordinator with operational experience in the industry (restaurants, retail, or services). **Position Objective** Ensure proper execution of Human Resources processes across operational units, guaranteeing staffing coverage, payroll control, and personnel development. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate operational and administrative recruitment and selection processes * Administration of pre-payroll and payroll * Monitoring of incidents, employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers * Implementation of training and onboarding programs * Management of workplace climate and labor relations * Tracking of key metrics (turnover, coverage, absenteeism) * Supervision of multiple units (field work) **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in restaurants or retail) * Experience in mass and operational recruitment * Knowledge of payroll and labor legislation * Willingness to travel between units * Organized, solution-oriented profile with an operational focus **We Offer** * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) * Statutory benefits * Professional development * Job stability Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
