




Job Summary: We are seeking a host or hostess with excellent appearance and proactivity to manage reservations, greet customers, ensure dining area cleanliness, and act as a liaison among staff. Job Description: * Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Maintain reservation records. * In case no tables are available, invite customers to the waiting area or bar, in accordance with the establishment's policies and services. * Escort guests to their tables. * Conduct thorough inspections of dining areas to ensure they are always clean and well-organized. * Serve as the liaison between kitchen staff, servers, and customers. * Report customer complaints, observations, suggestions, and compliments to the administrative department and chef, and manage them promptly and efficiently in collaboration with supervisors and peers. * Verify that tables are properly set with standard service items, including water, bread, salt shaker, pepper shaker, cutlery, and glassware. * Know and comply with established work procedures. * Take necessary measures to resolve any difficulties or issues expressed by customers.
