




Job Summary: We are seeking a host or hostess with excellent appearance, proactivity, and strong communication skills to manage reservations, greet guests, and ensure customer satisfaction in the dining area. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining areas. Job Description: * Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Manage and track reservations. * If no tables are available, invite customers to the waiting area or bar, in accordance with the establishment's policies and services. * Escort guests to their tables. * Conduct thorough inspections of dining areas to ensure they are always clean and well-organized. * Serve as a liaison between kitchen staff, servers, and customers. * Report customer complaints, observations, suggestions, and compliments to the administrative department and chef, and manage them promptly and efficiently in collaboration with supervisors and peers. * Verify that tables are properly set with standard service items, including water, bread, salt shaker, pepper shaker, cutlery, and glassware. * Know and comply with established work procedures. * Take necessary measures to resolve any difficulties or issues raised by customers.
