Job Description: * Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Manage and maintain reservation records. * In case no tables are available, invite customers to the waiting area or bar, in accordance with the establishment's policies and services. * Escort guests to their assigned tables. * Conduct thorough inspections of dining areas to ensure they are always clean and well-organized. * Serve as a liaison between kitchen staff, servers, and customers. * Report customer complaints, observations, suggestions, and compliments to the administrative department and chef, and manage them promptly and efficiently in collaboration with supervisors and peers. * Verify that tables are properly set with standard service items, including water, bread, salt shakers, pepper shakers, cutlery, and glassware. * Know and comply with established work procedures. * Take necessary measures to address and resolve any difficulties or issues raised by customers.
