WHAT DO YOU NEED? * 1+ year of experience in a similar position (host/hostess or customer service). * Maintain a professional, warm, and hospitable attitude at all times. * Greet and bid farewell to guests, ensuring an organized and courteous welcome. * Strategically seat customers according to reservations, table turnover, and service needs. * Efficiently use OpenTable to manage reservations, waitlists, and restaurant flow. * Prioritize the guest experience, maintaining constant communication with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and orderly service.
