Job Summary: We are seeking a Fundraiser to lead the identification, application for, and follow-up on donations; develop projects; and design strategies to secure financial and in-kind resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and coordinate new fundraising strategies. 2. Collaborate in the planning and execution of communication strategies. 3. Work based on measurable donation targets. Job Description: Fundación de Ayuda al Débil Mental A.C. is an organization serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. To advance its mission and vision, it is opening the position of Fundraiser, with the following responsibilities: \-Identify, apply for, and follow up on donation requests to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to secure recurring financial resources. \-Identify and research national and international funding calls aligned with the organization’s program areas, using diverse information sources. \-Develop project proposals for national and international funding calls to obtain financial resources required to fulfill the organization’s mission, and coordinate follow-up with relevant departments. \-Design and coordinate new fundraising strategies. \-Identify and secure in-kind donations that impact the operation of care centers. \-Donor stewardship, campaigns, events, visits, awareness activities, email follow-up, phone calls, report writing, inventories, various reports, etc. \-Collaborate in the planning and execution of communication strategies that benefit and strengthen the organization’s positioning. \-Demonstrate ability to work toward measurable targets for both financial and in-kind donations. Category: Fundraiser, indefinite-term contract, working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs. Location: Willingness to work two days in Tlalnepantla and three days in Iztapalapa.
