Payment for each successfully filled vacancy. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Commission-Based Recruiter** with experience in recruitment processes and a results-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for filling vacancies across various levels and sectors promptly and effectively, ensuring the quality of candidates presented. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. **Talent Acquisition**: o Post job openings on portals, social media, and other strategic channels. o Identify and contact potential candidates. 2\. **Selection Process**: o Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. o Administer psychometric and technical assessments as needed. o Present a shortlist of three candidates to the client or relevant department. 3\. **Management and Follow-up**: o Track candidates throughout the selection process. o Ensure hiring is completed. 4\. **Effective Communication**: o Provide progress reports on recruitment processes. **Requirements:** 1\. **Experience**: o Minimum 1\-2 years in recruitment and selection, preferably for operational, administrative, or specialized roles. o Experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.). 2\. **Skills**: o Excellent communication and negotiation skills. o Strong organizational and time-management abilities. o Results-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets. 3\. **Other**: o Personal equipment for remote work (computer, internet connection). o Immediate availability. o Preferred: knowledge of headhunting techniques. **Benefits:** * 100% commission-based structure: competitive payments per filled vacancy. * Growth opportunities based on performance. * Remote and flexible work. * Access to tools and databases to facilitate talent sourcing (if provided by the company).
