Job Summary: We are seeking a Flutter Architect to design robust solutions, lead the creation of Design Systems, coordinate cross-platform releases, ensure code quality, and mentor the team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!! **Flutter Architect** Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.: . ✅ **\+5 years in mobile/cross-platform development** ✅ Architecture Definition: Design robust end\-to\-end solutions using Clean Architecture and layer-based modularization (Layers) and feature packages (Feature Packages). ✅ Design System Governance: Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the Flutter component library, managing themes, tokens, and Material Design 3 specifications. ✅ Unified Release Governance: Coordinate and automate the cross-platform release lifecycle for iOS, Android, and Web. ✅ Quality Assurance: Conduct strategic code reviews, define testing strategies (Unit, Widget, Integration), and ensure code coverage. Development ✅ Native Integration: Implement advanced communication with native platforms via Method Channels and Platform Channels to build internal plugins. ✅ Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance issues through recomposition optimization, Shader Warmup, Skia/Impeller Tracing, Ahead\-Of\-Time (AOT) compilation, and Tree\-shaking. ✅ Offline Strategy and Data: Design error handling mechanisms, network resilience, and secure local storage (Hive/SQLite) with offline support. Mentoring and Training ✅ Lead the Training Plan: Design, deliver, and evaluate the team’s technical training program in Dart, Flutter, and engineering best practices. ✅ Pair Programming and Mentoring: Conduct pair programming sessions to unblock complex challenges and accelerate team throughput.
