Job Summary: Flexographic press operator responsible for preparing, adjusting, and operating equipment to ensure print quality and basic maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and adjust flexographic printing machinery. 2. Ensure continuous print quality. 3. Perform basic maintenance and coordinate with the team. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and mount printing plates, inks, anilox rolls, and other materials required for printing. * Adjust printing parameters such as registration, pressure, viscosity, and drying. * Operate the flexographic press during production. * Continuously inspect print quality. * Perform job changes and adjustments according to production orders. * Identify and correct malfunctions during operation. * Maintain production, waste, and material consumption records. * Perform machine cleaning and basic maintenance. * Comply with industrial safety and hygiene standards. * Coordinate with assistants, supervisors, and quality personnel.
